In overall the dealer is very fine. Communication = very well. Listing Accuracy = NO. The car had both damaged at LEFT FRONT, RIGHT REAR, and no one at the dealer said anything. On Site = the car was cleaned inside and outside. A great job. Customer Service = saleman Mr. Javier Elmer, very nice, very patience. Overall impression = a fine dealer. I would go back. Notes: I didn't buy the vehicle due to 2 damaged that Car Fax didn't report. The dealer didn't report either. Both damaged were very obvious, they weren't minor either. I couldn't understand WHY the dealer installed brand new tires, the mechanic must see both damaged, but no one said anything about those. I would go back as long as Mr. Javier Elmer still working there. I would give a 3 stars, but due to super nice of Mr. Elmer I clicked on the 4 stars.

Terry Carpenter from Larry Hopkins was fast to respond and helpful. Unfortunately, the dealership was not able to beat another quote I had received.

We drove the car - salesman was personable and knowledgeable- we did not purchase the car as we feel it is a little overpriced and apparently this is a non-negotiable dealer. Still looking for a car.
